Our Shipping Policy:
We will ship our merchandise either via USPS or UPS to meet your specific needs and keep the cost of shipping down to a reasonable price.
Worms
Due to the perishable nature of our worms, we ship worms only on MONDAY or TUESDAY mornings so they do not get delayed over the weekend during the shipping process.
We ship the worms via USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate with "signature required" feature to reduce worm loss due to weather conditions (worms being left in temperatures that are either too hot or too cold). The shipping and handling cost is $12 per box . We can ship up to 3 lbs of worms per box. Thus, the shipping costs are as follows:

Worm Bins
We ship the Worm Factory via either UPS OR USPS Ground. The cost is automatically calculated using your zip code.

Worm Castings
Shipping cost varies by weight and location. Costs can be determined using the USPS online calculator http://postcalc.usps.gov/. We use "Large Package" to calculate the parcel post rate. For purposes of estimating shipping costs, castings weigh approximately 24 pounds per 16 liter bag.

Large pallet orders may be shipped via truck freight company or often we can deliver in the local area. Please contact us at inquires.bwcnfarms.com or call 971-226-3309 for shipping estimates.
Returns and Refunds
We gladly accept returns for incorrect merchandise shipped or damaged goods.
We also provide refunds for worms damaged in shippment, but not the shipping costs.
